Free CSS Templates
Found a great site for free css templates. These are some awesome looking templates along with some great graphics…..a real find, and it won’t cost you a penny 
You can use the templates for personal use or commercial. Most cases the license also applies to the images.
If you’re an experienced web designer….you can use these as a base for any site you design. More importantly, it you’re new with css, you can use these to increase your knowledge and understanding of css. Rip the design apart, study the external css file or change the components of the css file and see what happens.
