Download Favorite Youtube Videos in 3 Simple Steps

Download Any Youtube Video in 3 Simple Steps

It wasn’t too long ago that your had to purchase video CDs if you wished to view one of your favorite videos or the other option would be to rent the video from a video store like Blockbuster if you needed a video to watch for the night. DVD, CD and Movie Rental Centers have experienced a paradigm shift in the way movies are distributed much the same as old mechanical watches met their doom to the electronic time piece, all simply due to technological changes. Ever since Youtube has come to life people have even drastically slowed down in the purchasing of pirated CD’s….not to mention DVD’s off the store shelf.

Free Book: How to Succeed With Video Blogging…..Learn all that’s Needed for a flood of website traffic!

You might be tempted to reason that this popularity of Youtube is simply because of the convenience and comfort of viewing your movie from home, but that’s not really true. While it’s correct that Youtube will allow you to check out your favorite videos at home, there are more reasons that has caused Youtube to skyrocket in popularity. The obvious reason….Youtube won’t cost you a penny. The scope of available titles is immense, you can watch the latest release or one of the old black and white movies….again, it won’t cost you a penny! The free cost of Youtube must undoubtedly be one of the most important factors to the global success of Youtube.

Reason number 2 for the unbelievable success of youtube is simply the incredible size and diversity of it’s collection of videos. As mentioned above, it doesn’t matter if you want to watch an old silent movie or the latest thriller….you can dig it up on Youtube. Finding your desired movie is as simply as entering a keyword related to your movie and click on the search button and almost like magic…the video pops up in front of you.

You might not know this but Youtube is really awesome because they allow you to download any movie of your choice. Maybe you want to start a collection of favorite movies or movie clips then Youtube is perfect for your needs. I don’t think Youtube would have succeeded to the degree that it has if they had not implemented the download feature.

You probably already know that there are many online video sites that permit you to view a video from their gigantic collections of videos and movie, but they haven’t had the success of Youtube. Probably the biggest reason they haven’t caught up to Youtube is that they will not allow you to download the movie, which for you limits you because you can’t add the movie to your favorite collections….also, you cant pause when watching the video for any length of time. They create these limits by buffering the downloaded video, and once the buffering is finished there is no way to save the buffered video you just watched.

Youtube has really rocketed in popularity because they allow you to upload your own videos to Youtube, which the world can then watch…..there are many implications from this one feature alone that can make you famous and even help you make a little extra….or maybe a lot of extra money!

Maybe you aren’t very familiar with Youtube and you might be wondering exactly how to download videos from the site, so….let me show you an easy way in 3 simple steps that will allow you to download all the videos you want from Youtube:

You won’t believe how simple this is!

1. Go and grab a free software application which is the Youtube Downloader Software and you can find it at Youtube Downloader

2. Now simply enter the url of the video you wish to download.

3. When it comes to saving the file, you must save it in the .flv format.

That’s it…now have some fun :)

Content Research and Article Writing in 3 Steps

Content Research in 3 Steps

Do you want a website that will make a nice sum of money, I’m sure you would, but are you prepared to work hard? You must put in the effort the get your web site in that position. Probably the greatest marker of a money makeing and successful website is a website with quality content.

Below you’ll find 3 tips for creating and presenting better content for those that visit your website

Original Content

1. Originality: Great content is only created by those that can write in an original manner. If you try to duplicate someone else’s writing style, you’ll soon be discovered as fake and turn off, so be yourself. People on the web visit websites that have unique and real content, not some hashed over plr material or republished articles. If you want return visitors, if you want to develop a following then you really must make your visitors believe that you are a real expert and only then will they enjoy reading your writings. If you want good content, you must do a complete joy when researching your subject matter.

Don’t forget this, you must create content that is well researched and only then can your articles be written in a way that is original to you and interesting to your loyal blog visitors. Stay away from strong opinions and try to write the facts avoiding any type of specific tone. Unless your blog is completely one sided….sometimes that effect works.

Plagiarism and Writing Articles

2.Don’t Plagiarize: Besides being illegal, plagiarism is just dumb, and if your readers find out you lose your uniqueness. It can be difficult because there is always the temptation to steal a stentence here or there. Sometimes blog writers actually think that they are doing their research when they grab a sentence here and a paragraph there, but in reality they are plagiarists. There can be some confusion when it comes to plagarism, even when the courts are involved cases go unresolved. Bottom line your integrity is on the line when it comes to taking someone elses work and you commit a breach of intellectual ethics, just write your own unique content for your website or blog and things will work out great for you.

How to Write That Article

4. So…how do you write material….that’s the key to your success. First, do your research and be thorough with your facts. If you want to write about a subject, there is no alternative to studying the subject for whatever it takes if you are going to gain an understanding about it. The key is to learn how to do your research and study within time limits because you don’t want to spend an entire day writing a 600 word article.

==================================================

Article Marketing & Writing Articles

==================================================

The key to keeping within a reasonal time frame is picking the correct subject to write about. Also, you really need to pay attention to the resources you use for your research. After the research is finished then you must follow a certain recipe for writing articles.

Decide what you have come to believe about the subject and what you want to say about it. If you don’t have a clear statement to be made or relate a definite solution to a problem then your articles won’t make sense and will have very few readers.

Think about the tips given in this short article and follow them when writing your articles, you’ll be writing great content that your visitors really want. Obviously, whatever the subject, keep it interesting so your readers don’t fall asleep when reading your material. If you remember to direct your writing toward a specific group of people and write in a way which attracts your targeted group, you will be a success.

You should also try and spruce up your articles with interesting formatting and different syles, if it’s a blog post, add some images….just get creative.

Think about these tips and use them as you write, as you progress in your writing you will begin to feel a rythm and you will get better and better. Your website will grow in visitors and reputation and time goes on…..most importantly, just do it!

Once your write an ariticle on a subject, why not write a series of articles and post them on your blog. Then take the articles and put them together in a small report. You can then give away the small report with links to your affiliate programs and or a larger product your might have. If you want to see how may different ways you can monetize a small report, check out The Guide To Small Reports.

Building Your First Website

Every aspiring webmaster starts in a slightly different way. Some might have a teacher, some might learn in high school, maybe college, others grab a book and start reading, nowadays you can do a google search for free tutorials on “how to build a website” as you can see you are almost limited to your imagination or maybe fate!

I started by wondering how that page showed up in the browser. Honestly, I didn’t know what the word “browser” meant. I had no idea what html was and I didn’t know what “source code” defined.

The first time I looked at the html coding for a basic webpage my old gray cells started spinning, it literally is like learning a foreign language. And like a foreign language once you learn the basics you can form words, then sentences, then paragraphs and so on.

I started around 1999 by purchasing a couple of hard cover books on how to build a website. They were difficult to read and didn’t make much sense. I had no one to help me so I had to experiment myself.

I understood a little about how to build a basic page, then I learned more basics such as how to code an image into a page….trust me the learning is continual. Next I decided that I would look into a program that would build websites that had 2 views, something called a WYSIWYG editor (What You See Is What You Get) and a view that showed you the complete html source code while building your website.

The program I ultimately decided to purchase was called Dreamweaver. Now, Dreamweaver is one of the most powerful software programs that can build websites. Learning Dreamweaver was almost as difficult as trying to learn html coding! The learning curve was extremely steep. I purchase manuals and video tutorials. Finally I felt competent enough to purchase a domain name and try to put up my first website. I did and you can see the first website I did at www.desktop-wealth.com. It’s really not pretty and there’s so much wrong with it that I could write a book….but I took action and did something.

Remember, your first website will be the worse website you’ll ever build. They only get better through time!

Today there are so many options that it would take many pages to discuss what is available. However I can narrow it down to a couple of the best.

First let me say, I really think it’s important for anyone wanting to design websites to make an effort to learn html, css and php. It doesn’t matter what you use for building your websites, sooner or latter you will run into a situation that needs manual editing of the html source code. Not knowing how to do that will leave you in the dark….but that’s where your education starts. A problem exists….you find out how to fix it.

Today I would recommend 2 different types of programs for building websites.

The first one is called a wordpress blog. Wordpress is a blogging content management platform used to build your blog. If you can get someone to install a blog on your website, you’ll be able to stumble along from day one writing posts and pages. Wordpress is very popular and you’ll be able to find many free and paid for tutorials explaining how to use and configure wordpress, which would be something you’ll want to do to get the most out of Wordpress. Here’s a couple of different wordpress blogs:

You can start a wordpress blog on your own domain, which is what I would recommend. However, if you just want to play around to see what blogging might be like you can set up a wordpress blog that is hosted by wordpress just go to www.wordpress.com and set up an account. I’d be remiss not to mention Blogger, you can also set up your own blog that is hosted by Blogger. Be aware though, if you start a blog in which you DO NOT control the hosting, you could lose it at any moment. If you post something they consider offensive or in violation of their terms, or maybe someone just doesn’t like you……they can dump your blog and you’ll lose all your work. Beware, that happened to me at Blogger. I lost a blog I had worked on for 2 years…you know why, they didn’t like some of my internet marketing ads…period then end, in a flash it was gone.

Next would be a website building program called Xsitepro. This program is probably the simplest way to start building a standard or static website. As with anything else you’ll have to spend some time learning how to use the program. But don’t worry, it comes with video tutorials and a written manual. Plus you can find many tutorials online and there is a user forum that is filled with helpful people….just post a question and someone will usually answer it in hours.

Xsitepro is particularly suited for newbies to learn how to build websites. It features a WYSIWYG editor, meaning you just type into a window…something similar to Microsoft Word. You can also view the source code and edit it. Even though it’s easily used by someone new to website building, there are many advanced features and is a handy tool for even the most experienced website builder.

A big, big benefit of Xsitepro is how it puts the pages together. You may not understand this now, but certain things are needed to get traffic or visitors to your website. It’s known as “Search Engine Optimization”, and this is what Xsitepro does automatically. A hundred pages or more could be written on how Xsitepro does this, but suffice it to say, Xsitepro builds websites and webpages and are search engine optimized…which for you means traffic.

If you’re new to building websites and want to build websites, consider investing in Xsitepro. If the budget is tight or non existent, just try using Wordpress…it’s free!

Obama, Internet Marketer becomes President of the United States

Obama, the first internet marketer to become president of the United States and not only was he the first interent marketer but he is the first black man to become president of the United States!

As I listened to Barak Obama’s quest to become president of the last 2 years or so, it became apparent that he or should I say his organization had a firm understanding of technology.

His website was state of the art. Not only did he have one website but his organization created a circle….wagon wheel structure, if you will, of Obama related websites. Traffic was directed from one site to another or to the central site.

And…what was the central site. It was a landing page.

Now what is the Obama website. If you type www.barakobama.com you are immediately redirected to a donation page. And what’s on the donation page? Of course a link to donate, but it’s a glorified landing page along with a few items for sale, or make a donation and get a shirt.

Although I really didn’t go to his website until recently, I got curious with all the comments I heard from people who visited the site and how they were redirected from place to place.

barackobama_digitaljournal_260.jpgHe was able to control rumors, or commments he considered harmful to him by sending an email his entire list. I’m sure his list was segmented because he could virtually shut down tv interviews in progress or radio commentators would be swamped if they would take sides against the obama group. I don’t agree with his tactics, but they certainly were effective!

Another interesting feature is that the website is a php based website and almost looks and behaves like a word press blog. It could be working from a wordpress platform, I’m not sure, but wordpress is a favorite content management system (CMS) used by all the top internet marketers.

Another factoid that has my mind swirling after his election….the size of his list. I’ve heard numbers of 100 or 200 million

Whatever happened in this election and regardless of what side you might be on….this fact is obvious, American Politics will never again be the same. The campaign the employs what others think of high tech systems, but we know as smart internet marketing protocols, will prevail over their competition. Obama and his minions used the tools of internet marketing as well if not better than the most experienced internet marketer.

What did he do? He built a list and worked the list. He used his list to market a variety of services and actions. The strategy was brilliant and raised close to a billion dollars for his campaign effectually pitting an cruise missle against a BB gun when comparing the finances of the two campaigns.

So…..don’t let anyone…ever…ever…ever tell you that internet marketing is a joke and doesn’t work. The mechanics of internet marketing employed in Barak Obama’s Presidential campaign just determined the destiny of one man’s wish to become president of the Untited States and virtually left the other candidate, John McCain, completely ineffective.

This is the second time in 2 years that the democrats utilitzed technology to build a coalition that just smeared the Republicans. Sure, issues and personalities matter, but think once from an internet marketer’s point of view. With a list you can sell anything……that’s what the democrats have done!

Take note Republicans….if you ever want to win an election again. You better ramp up your list building, join the technology revolution. You better start right now, and you better learn to do it better than the democrats. You might want to start hanging around some of the interent marketing forums, learn some things, get the white haired old farts out of the way and make room for some new blood. Republicans take note….you will never win another election again unless you learn how the democrats….especially the Obama machine used the fine art of Internet Marketing to win the most powerful position in the world!

Seamlessly Add A Wordpress Blog to Your Xsitepro Website

Did you know that you can seamlessly add a wordpress blog to your xsitepro website? When the visitor is on your xsitepro section of your website he will, literally, be unable to tell when he wanders into your blog. I learned how to add a blog to my xsitepro website with a program called XsiteprotoWordpress.

I was helping a person on the xsitepro forum figure out how to add a blog to his xsitepro website and answered a few questions below.

I’m a bit confused. I was searching the forum and found some info. on adding wordpress to xsite. I was able to install wordpress via Fantastico through my hosting company, but not sure what to do next. Please help. Thanks.

Someone answered correctedly and concisely about adding a wordpress blog to a xsitepro website.

You cannot import one into the other.
You need to create a custom WordPress theme based on your XSitePro site to integrate them.

I commented further about the benefits of and how to add a wordpress blog to an xsitepro website.

You have to look at your situation like this….you basically have two seperate websites….

  1. The Xsitepro Website
  2. Your Wordpress Blog

At this point all you can really do is link one to the other. So you would have a link in one of your navigation coloums, footer, breadcrumb, any page or just someplace on your xsitepro website that links to your blog.

The problem is that when they leave your xsitepro website and go to your blog….it becomes obvious to the visitor that they are moving from one platform to the other. In other words, they are either on your blog and going to your xsitepro program or from your Xsitepro to your Blog.

I could work this way…and granted, most people only know how to do it this way.

However, there is a system that teaches you how to seamlessly integrate your xsitepro website to your wordpress blog. In essence, your blog will look exactly like your xsitepro website, it’s impossible for the visitor to tell when the website ends and the blog starts! I’ve had a chance to check this out and it’s called XsiteprotoWordpress and the creator’s have gone to all lengths to make it understandable. I highly recommend it! Support is excellent and the course is in pdf and video.

Good luck to you….once you get your site and blog up, why don’t you post it in the forum….would like to check it out :)

Good luck,

Scott

If you think the process of adding an wordpress blog to an xsitepro website is difficult and technical…think again. The creators of XsiteprotoWordpress have taken the effort and time to create one of the most instructional info courses I’ve seen about how to add a wordpress blog to an xsitepro website. You get a full pdf that explains all aspects and you get a seperate pdf with all the necessary coding and code snippets…plus you get a complete set of video tutorials that take you by the hand to explain the whole process….and if that doesn’t do it, well, I can attest their support is second to none!

They gurantee their product completely so don’t be afraid to learn something new….the benefits of having a blog attached to your xsitepro website will far outweigh the time you invest to learn how to do this process. Why….you ask? Blogs bring traffic….tons of traffic. Blogs allow for content management. Blogs will compliment a standard website in so many ways…well, its beyond the scope of this post.

Just try XsiteprotoWordpress :)

Paypal and Xsitepro for Automatic Download After Payment

Here’s the Question regarding setting up paypal buttons in Xsitepro

I have some software with resell rights that I want to sell on a website I have already built. I also already have paypal buttons set up for my own personal “website building” services. The problem is… I have to re-contact these people. This will not work if I am selling a software package with several different downloads. Does anyone know how to set up automatic download after a purchase is made through a PayPal button? You know… so I don’t have to manually send the stuff.

I answered and offered a free ebook about paypal below.

First you create a download page with xsitepro. On the download page you have links to the files that will be downloaded….ie, the products that were purchased.

When you make your paypal button…there is an option that will ask where you want the customer to go after making the payment…..you would enter the full url of the page you created in the first paragraph.

I put a paypal book up in this post, it’s free….plus the entire thread has some good conversation paypal buttons and how to download a product.

Something you might want to think about. Instead of sending your customer directly to the download page, you should create a page that has an autoresponder form on it so you can capture their name and email address….. now you can start building a marketing list. Once they fill out their name and email address they would automatically receive an email from you with the link for downloading the product they purchased.

You can use a product like Aweber or Getresponse for an autorepsonder. This is the way the big guys do it :)

Hope that helped

Scott
